Terms and Conditions
It is the policy of CR Support Services to strictly enforce this Terms of Agreement in the event of a dispute.
You agree that any use of the services provided by CR Support Services shall constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Our services may be ordered by telephone, fax, e-mail or on-line and the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Customer agrees to provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work, unless other arrangements have been made with CR Support Services. All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. The client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and electricity. All fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed. Cleaner are not able to move heavy furniture whilst we clean your property. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the cleaners have full access to the property being cleaned. Cleaners will not perform any deep clean requiring chemicals or specialized cleaning of any antique, delicate or valuable items. Fridges and Freezers must be thoroughly defrosted and emptied before cleaning can commence. Kitchen cupboards must be emptied before cleaning can commence. It is always essential you or a member of your household is present at the start and end of a One-off clean to ensure that you are happy and point out areas you want specifically cleaned. We will not be held liable for work not completed, or not completed to a good standard, if other people, or tradesmen are working in the same property when our cleaners are working and carrying out the job.
Cancellations
The client may cancel or re-schedule a service by giving at least 24 hour notice. If not notified on time CR Support Services will not refund any deposit paid in advance and will charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price for the booked service. The cancellation notice period for regular service is 14 days. The Client must pay to CR Support Services any amounts that he/she owes under the agreement. CR Support Services reserves the right to cancel any services with immediate effect due to non payment. The customer agrees that after the termination of any service he/she will not hire or use any services provided by a past employee introduced to the customer by CR Support Services.
If the customer does wish to hire or use any services provided by such a employee than he/she must pay a referral fee of �1000. Customer agrees to pay the full price of any service visit in the event of a lock-out caused by our employees being turned away, no one home to let them in or problem with customer's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. If an initial deposit has been paid to CR Support Services then the customer agrees that deposit funds may be used to cover the cancellation fee.
 Claims
The customer accepts and understands that poor service, breakage/damage or theft must be reported within 24 hours from our service date. No claims can be made against CR Support Services after the above time limits. In case of a complaint, CR Support Services required to be notified within 24 hours after the cleaning work completion. Claims will not be considered after the above time limit. The company will not normally refund any payment if it is not permitted to return to the client’s property to complete the job. Refund will be issued only if the Client has cancelled a service visit within the allowed time (24 hours) prior to the start of the service session and a payment has been already taken by the Company. CR Support Services reserves the right not to be responsible for: 
- cleaning job not completed due to the lack of suitable cleaning materials and/or faulty or lack of equipment, hot water or power.
- third party entering or present at the customer's premises during the service process; wear or discolouring of fabric becoming more  visible once dirt has been removed.
- failing to remove old/permanent stains that cannot be removed using standard carpet cleaning methods. CR Support Services shall not be liable for the shrinkage of carpet as a result of natural fibre carpet being cleaned. CR Support Services shall not be liable for the shrinkage of carpets as a result of poor fitting. CR Support Services shall not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of the Client placing furniture on a carpet which has not completely dried.
- existing damage or spillage that cannot be cleaned/removed completely using provided by the customer cleaning materials and equipment or standard carpet cleaning equipment. 
- items excluded from liability are: cash, jewellery, items of sentimental value, art and antiques.
- any damages caused by a faulty or not in full working order materials/equipment supplied by the customer.
- accidental damages worth � 100.00 or less; any accidental damages caused by our employees if the customer has an unpaid balance owed to CR Support Services.
The standard end of tenancy cleaning does not include cleaning of walls, ceilings, curtains, balconies, patios, exterior  windows and carpets. If the Client requires cleaning of walls then CR Support Services cannot be held responsible for any unsuccessful results or any damage caused to the paintwork.
Payment methods and terms
- Domestic Cleaning - Cleaners payment is requested on completion on the day of the service session, you pay the cleaners fee directly to the cleaner. Company payment is requested to be paid 1 month in advance. It can be made in cash, cheque or bank transfer. CR Support Services will issue the Customer with next month invoice on the 25th of each month and the Customer agrees to pay the full invoice amount by the last day of the month or the cleaning will be suspended. Customer understands that any ‘late payments’ may be subject to additional charges.
- All Other One-Off Services - Customer agrees to pay 50% deposit in advance. It can be made in cash, cheque or bank transfer. Outstanding invoice amount is requested in the end of the service. Customer understands that any ‘late payments’ may be subject to additional charges.
- Regular Weekly Services -  Invoice will be issued on the 25th of each month. Customer agrees to pay the full invoice amount within 14 days by cash, cheque or bank transfer. If service is not paid the service will be suspended until payment received.
If payments are not made the account will be passed to our collections agency, after which a charge of 20% on top of the initial invoice due, will be added to the debt. You agree as part of this contract to pay this sum which represents our reasonable costs in collecting the unpaid amounts. CR Support Services will collect any outstanding moneys owed to us. If as a result we have to use a debt collecting agency or county court to secure payment, you agree to pay any debt collecting agency fees, court fees, legal cost, or interest that will occur due to the result of non payment of your outstanding bill.
CR Support Services reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice
